Program identity and purpose
The Voodoo Personal Assistant SMS program is operated by Dorian Duerinckx. It provides consent-based informational and conversational text messages, including responses to inquiries, scheduling coordination, confirmations, follow-ups, reminders, and status updates related to an existing request or conversation.
Enrollment and consent
You may enroll by texting START to (866) 344-0932. By doing so, you consent to receive recurring informational and conversational SMS messages from Voodoo Personal Assistant at the mobile number from which you opted in.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Enrollment in this SMS program is separate from email subscriptions or other services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests and the communications associated with them. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider’s messaging and data terms govern charges billed by your carrier.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. After the opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive program messages unless you affirmatively opt in again.

Delivery
Message delivery depends on wireless carrier networks and other telecommunications systems outside the direct control of Voodoo Personal Assistant. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This registered SMS program is intended for informational and customer-care-style communications. It is not intended for unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased contact lists, third-party lead generation, political messaging, sweepstakes, or unrelated promotional spam.
Privacy
Participation is subject to the Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred for third-party marketing purposes.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version will be posted at this URL with its effective date. Material changes to the messaging program will be reflected in the applicable program disclosures.
